TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNUGGZILLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

KNUGGZILLA’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID TO KNUGGZILLA, IF ANY, IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
