This Advertising Policy governs all advertising, sponsored content, promotions, and paid placements (collectively, “Advertisements”) displayed on or through the Knuggzilla platform (“Platform”).
By submitting or displaying an Advertisement, advertisers agree to comply with this Advertising Policy, Knuggzilla’s Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
1. Eligibility to Advertise
Advertising on the Platform is limited to entities and individuals that are legally permitted to advertise their products or services under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Knuggzilla reserves the right to require verification of advertiser identity, licensure, or authorization at any time.
2. Advertiser Responsibility for Legal Compliance
Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that all Advertisements comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to:
- Advertising and marketing laws
- Cannabis-specific statutes and regulations
- Required health warnings, disclosures, or disclaimers
- Age restrictions
- Truth-in-advertising requirements
Knuggzilla does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice to advertisers.
3. Cannabis-Related Advertising
Where Advertisements relate to cannabis or cannabis-related products or services:
- Advertisers are responsible for determining whether their Advertisement is lawful in each jurisdiction where it is displayed.
- Advertisers must include any legally required disclosures or warnings applicable to their business or location.
- Knuggzilla does not guarantee that advertising placement constitutes compliance with any law.
Knuggzilla does not endorse the consumption of cannabis.
4. Prohibited Advertising Content
Advertisements may not:
- Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims
- Promote unlawful activity
- Target individuals under 21 years of age
- Include medical claims, health claims, or therapeutic representations unless legally permitted and substantiated
- Encourage unsafe, excessive, or irresponsible consumption
- Violate intellectual property rights
Knuggzilla reserves sole discretion to interpret and enforce these restrictions.
5. Review, Rejection, and Removal
Knuggzilla may, at any time and without prior notice:
- Reject Advertisements before publication
- Remove or suspend Advertisements after publication
- Suspend or terminate advertiser accounts
Such actions may be taken for legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational reasons and do not require explanation.
6. No Endorsement
The display of an Advertisement does not constitute endorsement by Knuggzilla.
Advertising content reflects the views and obligations of the advertiser, not Knuggzilla.
7. No Refunds for Compliance-Based Removal
If an Advertisement is removed or rejected due to legal or compliance concerns, Knuggzilla is not obligated to issue refunds, credits, or replacements.
8. Modifications to This Policy
Knuggzilla may modify this Advertising Policy at any time. Continued advertising constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
